HIKE THROUGH THE BACKWOODS OF CENTRAL HIGHLANDS

Day 1 HEAD TOWARDS THE COFFEE CAPITAL OF VIETNAM

Travel towards Buon Ma Thuot, the capital city of Da Lak Province.
Upon arrival you can visit the majestic Dray Nur waterfall, falling from the top of a steep rock plateau, is a sight to behold.

Also, you can visit the World Coffee Museum and witness the history of coffee beans.
If time allows you can explore the cafes in the city, serving the perfect Vietnamese coffee. Towards late evening stay in Buon Ma Thuot.

Day 2 TREK THROUGH THE HIGHLANDS

Start early in the morning towards the Yok Don National Park, a huge protected biological area, home to a rich variety of flora and fauna.

Upon reaching the park, you can enjoy trekking through the lush green forest of Yok Don or if you are a cycling enthusiast you can rent one and ride through the beautiful paths of the jungle. The main attraction of Yok Don National Park is its, first in the country, Ethical Elephant Experience, where you can observe the elephants roaming freely in their natural habitat.

Late afternoon you can visit the ethnic forest communities living in the jungles of the national park, and get immersed into another sphere of life.
Also, you can enjoy the music and dance performance, the Gong show is recognized by UNESCO as a heritage program. Enjoying the program, you can taste the local homemade rice wine the local alcohol of the forest people.

Evening in the sunset hours you can go for a boat ride on the Srepok River. Experience the wildlife of Yok Don and watch different species of birds and other wild animals. After immersing yourself in pure nature and giving your eyes a good treat, return back to your hotel and overnight stay in Buon Ma Thuot.

Day 3 ENTER INTO THE HIGH VILLAGE OF “PLEIKU”

The morning after having a delightful breakfast, start your journey towards the city of Pleiku, home to the Kinh ethnic group. Pleiku has splendid Waterfalls and pine forests

Also, Kon Ka Kinh National Park, located near Pleiku, rich in biodiversity, is famous for its grey-shanked douc langur, native to Vietnam only. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the waterfalls inside the national park.

Day 4 MINGLE WITH ETHNIC TRIBES OF PLEIKEP

The morning after having wholesome breakfast leave for Pleikep village, the village brimming with natural beauty.

Visit the local ethnic people of Pleikep, the Bahnar people, living mostly in the central highland provinces of Vietnam. You can experience the village life of the Bahnar people and learn more about their culture and lifestyle.

Explore the splendid tea gardens of the central highlands, you can trek or rent a bicycle for going around the plantations and enjoy the undulating tea gardens.

Day 5 SATISFY YOUR TASTE BUDS WITH VIETNAMESE CUISINES

Start early in the morning, have a delightful breakfast, and head towards Saint Mary's Cathedral of Kon Tum Wooden church of the 19th century, made completely out of wood.

The walkways towards the church have lots of local eateries from where you can enjoy special Vietnamese foods. Also, you can enjoy the beauty of the Dak Bla River, Flowing through Kon Tum.

Afternoon enjoys a traditional lunch from a local family. Feel the pulse of the villagers and enjoy the traditional Gong ceremony, and indulge in the ceremony for yourself. Late evening, stay at the hotel in Kon Tum.

Day 6 TOWARDS THE COASTAL CITY OF “QUY NHON”

Enjoy the ride towards the coastal city of Quy Nhon, an untouched area by tourists the region has 42 kilometers of coastline adorned with beautiful beaches, mountains, plain areas, ancient Champa Kingdoms, mysterious brick temples, and towers.

Afternoon, upon reaching Quy Nhon, check into your resort/hotel along the long sandy beach of Quy Nhon bay. Overnight stay at the hotel

Day 7 ENJOY THE SUN-KISSED MORNING AT QUY NHON BAY

Early morning after having a delightful breakfast, set out to enjoy a full day on the sandy, sun-kissed beaches of Quy Nhon.

If you are a person interested in historical places, then you can visit the Cham Kingdoms' old towers and temples, the multi-storeyed towers & temples are made out of bricks is even though most of it got damaged in the Vietnam war still the wow factor and takes you back to the lost glory of the Champa empire.

Spend your day on the sandy beaches of Quy Nhon, and late evening enjoys the pleasant sunset walking along the beachside. Late-night stay at the hotel in Quy Nhon.

Day 8 RELAX AND ENJOY A DAY FULL AT THE BEACH

The morning after having a wholesome breakfast head towards your favorite beaches. There are many interesting activities in Quy Nhon, including snorkeling and swimming around the crystal-clear water of the beaches. Relax and enjoy your time sun-basking on the secluded beaches of Quy Nhon. Overnight stay at the hotel in Quy Nhon.

Day 9 Quy Nhon to Airport

After days of journey through the central highlands of Vietnam, it’s now time to say goodbye to the Land of Blue Dragons.

Start your journey from Quy Nhon towards the airport and journey back to your home or another exciting destination.
