ITINERARY
DAY 01: HIKE TOWARDS THE ZOMBA PLATEAU AKA ZOMBA MASSIF

Arrive at the Chileka Airport in Blantyre, countries financial & commercial capital. Our travel representative will pick you up and transfer to hotel & help in smooth check-in at the hotel.Start of your tripby visiting theZomba Plateau,the mountain islocated near to the Zomba NatureReserve. The highest point of the mountain is 2,087 metres, nestled between the tranquil forests of Shire highlands.The Zomba plateau is a major tourist destination owing to its tourist activities, which include hiking, horse riding, rock-climbing, fishing and mountain-biking. The Plateau has many viewpoints from where you can get a picturesque view of the Shire River & Liwonde National Park.
Overnight return back to the hotel and stay at Blantyre.

DAY 02: VISIT THE LIWONDE NATIONAL PARK

Start your day by heading towards the Liwonde National Park, situated near to the Lake
Malombe and Shire River which runs along the eastern side of the park.
Other animals include Hippos, Nile Crocodiles & one of the largest population of elephants in Malawi, during dry season these animals can be spotted near to the banks of river shire.After a day full of touring around the park return back to the Mvuu Wilderness Lodge & Camp & overnight stay.

DAY 03: TRAVEL TO THE HEART OF THE PARK

The Liwonde National Park is huge, stretching over a 548 km2 has got a lot to explore.
You can spend your day in a Boat cruise through the Shire River, during which you can view upclose & safely the huge herds of Elephants, Hippos, crocodiles & many bird species, also the rare Black Rhinoceros. Late afternoon, you can enjoy a safari tour and enjoy the evening sunset watching the wildlife roam around the park. Towards evening return back to the Mvuu Wilderness Lodge & Camp & overnight stay.

DAY 04: VISIT THE TRAVELERS PARADISE- CAPE MACLEAR AKA CHEMBE

Cape Maclear is a town situated in the southern region of Malawi, is the busiest resort town of Malawi. Cape Maclear along with its Islands, Forests & Bays is collectively called the Lake Malawi National Park, worlds first fresh water national park in the world.
Cape Maclear offers a wide range of activities including scuba diving, kayaking, snorkelling, sailing, hiking, windsurfing, sunbathing, paddleboarding . You can spend your time indulging in all these adventure activities. After a full day of engaging activities, you can enjoy a glorious sunset at the lakeshore. Towards late evening return back to the resort in Mumbo Island and get a soothing sleep.

DAY 05: EXPLORE THE MUMBO ISLAND & DOMWE ISLAND 

Domwe island largest unpopulated island of Malawi, separated by a narrow gap from main island.The Island & camp is kept in the natural form, with its beautiful rock formations & beautiful beaches. You can enjoy the natural beauty of the island. The Mumbo Island is a 40-minute boat ride from main land, the island offers white sandy beaches, crystal clear waters where you can see fishes without a snorkelling mask. You can take a kayak and go around the island and enjoy the untouched beauty of the island Towards evening return back to the resort and stay overnight.

DAY 06: DEPARTURE

 Transfer from the Hotel to the capital city of Malawi, Lilongwe, from where you will continue your journey back to your home. RETURN BACK WITH A REJUVENATED MIND & BODY!!!
