Day 1 HEAD TOWARDS THE MOUNTAINS AND VALLEYS OF MAI CHAU

(Hanoi to Mai Chau- 150 km/ 4hrs)

Start of your journey towards Mai Chau from the hotel in the capital city- Hanoi. Mai Chau is a rural area in the northwest region of Vietnam, known for its low lands and fertile plains also the rough mountain ranges.

Upon arriving at the location, check into the stay and take a rest after the long ride.

Afternoon you can go for an exciting cycling tour through the valleys and villages of Mai Chau.

Experience the culture, and food and mingle with the village people to learn more about village life.

Also, you can bathe in the Go Lao Waterfall which is truly refreshing. Just 15 minutes away from Mai Chau.

Don’t miss out on the stilt houses of Mai Chau!!

Towards evening return back to your hotel, have a satisfying meal, and enjoy a relaxing sleep.

Day 2 A FULL-DAY TOUR AROUND MAI HICH

Start your day with a wholesome breakfast, and head towards Mai Hich, an off-the-beaten-path in Vietnam, the place is perfect to enjoy the village vibes.

You can trek through the picturesque mountains, and terraced paddy fields, enjoying the fresh air and aroma of Mai Hich village. If you are interested to ride around on a bicycle, you can choose that (at your own expense).

If you are interested in rafting, you can experience exciting bamboo rafting (at your own expense). After which you can enjoy lunch from a local home in Mai Hich.

Late afternoon, you can stroll through the nearby villages of Pom Coong and Lac, the place is surrounded by green paddy fields and beautiful stilt houses, you can enjoy the cool breeze and the beauty of the location also can-do small shopping for handicrafts and other village products for yourselves and your loved ones.

Evening you can indulge in a cup of famous “Vietnamese coffee” with the friendly villagers and late evening you can enjoy a traditional Thai music and dance program.

Evening returns back to the hotel and stays overnight.

Day 3  BACK TO THE BUZZING CAPITAL CITY- HANOI

(150 km/4hrs)

Early morning you can walk through the scenic surroundings of the village and chill out. After which, you check out from the hotel and head back to Hanoi. Upon arrival at Hanoi, you can tour around the capital city and its market streets if time allows and start your journey back to your home.
